Valravn

Rob Fischer, a Napa native, cut his winemaking teeth at Domaine Carneros then Donum estate, Etude, Lyric and Beaulieu Vineyards. Along with owner Baron Ziegler they built a strong network of relationships in Sonoma County and back in 2014, when they were offered a parcel of grapes that weren’t going into production, Valravn was born. Parcels of grapes are sourced from the broader Sonoma County, with careful winemaking and blending making wines that are approachable, delicious and ready for the table. Most of the winemaking utilises wild yeast fermentation, stainless steel and careful oak maturation (with new and old barrels from various sources) depending on the fruit profiles.
