Domaine la Conseillere

Owned by The Vincemt family of Château de Fuissé since 2009, this 2.8 hectare property is on a south facing slope and consists of 35-40 year old vines on granite and slate soils. Vinifcation is carried out at Château de Fuissé and is classically ‘burgundian’, with open top fermenters, indigenous yeasts, punching down and oak barrel maturation. Juliénas is renowned for the perfume and structure of its wines and whilst this is approachable when released, this is a structured Beaujolais with the capacity to age for up to 20 years in fine vintages.
