Chateau Tronquoy-Lalande

Located in the heart of St.Estephe, this property dates back to the 18th century and has been owned since 2006 by Martin and Olivier Bouygues, billionaires who run one of France’s biggest companies, the Bouygues group and are also owners of nearby Château Montrose. There are 30 hectares of vineyard and after a program of massive investment, a state of the art winery and vast barrel hall. The vineyard consists of a deep layer of gravel with clay and is planted to 52% merlot, 39% Cabernet Sauvignon and small amounts of Petit Verdot and Cabernet France.
