Champagne Daniel Moreau

A small family-owned Champagne grower based in Vallee de la Marne, run by second generation Bastien Moreau and his wife Julie. Their 16 plots were all certified Organic in 2020, after over 30 years of farming organically. In the cellar all wines are spontaneously fermented, vinified in stainless steel vats and with 10% aged in barrels for 1 year.
