Pavette

Pavette, meaning “little peacock”, is produced from fruit grown across the greater Californian area, giving wines of a distinctively West Coast charm and drinkability. Winemaking strives to balance the sun-soaked natural ripeness with fresh, clean and lively acidity, by utilising stainless steel and some barrel fermentation and maturation. Pavette’s wines are fun, easy-going and wonderfully drinkable.
