Parker Estate

Located in the heartland of Coonawarra, Parker Estate was founded in 1985 by John Parker with the planting of Cabernet Sauvignon vines in the rich terra rossa soils of the 16-hectare Abbey vineyard. With the right Cabernet clones, soils and climate, he believed it was possible to craft wines that could rival the best Bordeaux had to offer. Over four decades later, Parker Estate has achieved great success, being named a Halliday 5 Red Star Winery and accredited by Sustainable Winegrowing Australia.
