Domaine Seve

Since 1920, five generations of winemakers have cultivated Domaine Sève. Located in Solutré-Pouilly to the west of Mâcon, the Sève family own over 20 parcels of vines across 7.7 hectares in Solutré, Fuissé and the hamlet of Pouilly, aged from 3 to 68 years, entirely planted to Chardonnay. Balancing the sun-kissed richness typical of wines from this area of southern Burgundy with a distinct minerality, Domaine Sève’s approach to winemaking is to let the terroir speak and use minimal new oak.
