Maison Jaffelin

Located in the historic center of Beaune, Maison Jaffelin was founded in 1816 by the Jaffelin brothers as a negociant. They took over the ancient 12th century cellars of the Chapitre de Notre Dame to vinify and mature wine, thereby continuing a tradition that spans over eight centuries. The smallest of the great Burgundy houses, they modernised their operation in 2004 by renovating the vat room and installing new technology to allow more precise production.
