Chateau Les Muraires

This 15 hectare Provençal estate is owned and run by the ubiquitous Bordeaux producer Bernard Magrez. Based in Le Luc, about miway between Nice and Aix, the average vine age is 40 years and to maintain freshness the wines are cool fermented and see no oak, whilst 6 months of lees ageing adds texturte and creaminess.
