Chateau Saint Brice
Situated to the southeast of Saint-Émilion, Château Saint Brice is named after the Saint Brice vineyard—a patch of gravel and clay-limestone soils first planted in 1932. From this vineyard, two wines are made: Saint Brice from 13 hectares and Pontet Saint Brice from 7 hectares, each with vines averaging 35 years of age. As is common to the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation, the vineyard is planted to a majority of Merlot, with around 30% of Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate is HVE certified, with a big emphasis on environmental sustainability at every stage of the production process.
