Clos Dubreuil

Clos Dubreuil is a small, family-owned boutique winery located on a hilltop in Saint-Émilion overlooking the ancient village of Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes. Since the early 2000s, they have been acquiring exceptional quality vineyards throughout the appellation, with the majority situated on a limestone plateau near the estate. A deep sense of care to the vineyards is the driving ethos of the property, with a belief that looking after the vines in the most respectful way generates superior quality fruit which, in turn, produces wines of exceptional quality. Most of the vineyards are planted to Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a small percentage of Chardonnay grown to produce an outstanding Vin de France. Winemaking is aimed at preserving the natural freshness and purity of the fruit, and the terroir of these beautiful sites.
