Domaine Aurore & David Dezat

Based in Sury-en-Vaux, just to the north of Sancerre, Domaine Aurore & David Dézat is a family-run property that started as a farm—replete with livestock, grains and vineyards—that has gradually become focussed on viticulture. The domaine comprises 9.5 hectares in the Sancerre appellation, with just over 8 hectares planted to Sauvignon Blanc and around 1.5 planted to Pinot Noir, encompassing three famous terroirs of Sancerre (Terres Blanches, Caillottes and Silex). They achieved organic certification in 2023.
