Domaine de la Rablais

Situated to the east of Tours, Domaine de la Rablais is produced by Paris-Simoneau, a winery with 75 hectares of vineyards spread across Touraine. They specialise in the classic Loire varieties, with robust plantings of Côt (Malbec) and Cabernet France to compliment the majority holdings of Sauvignon Blanc. The domaine remains owned and operated by the Simoneau family, who started the company shortly before the Second World War.
