Quinta do Boavista

Quinta da Boavista is owned by historic Port house, Kopke, located near Pinhão, on the right bank of the Douro river. Across 35 hectares of vines there are a patchwork of vineyards planted to several indigenous grape varieties, each of which is handled and vinified separately. One wine is made here– Boa-Vista Reserva Tinto—which shows the exceptional power and freshness high altitude and old vines can produce in this part of the Douro.
