Terra Burdiglia

The Thienpont family are steeped in the history of Bordeaux and currently own such teasures as Vieux Chateau Certan, Le Pin, L’If and Puygueraud. Francois, wanting to go his own way, founded the negocient copmpany Wings in 1995 before creating Terra Burdiglia, named after the ancient Roman name for the region of Bordeaux. This producer was created with the aim of showcasing what high quality and excellent value Bordeaux can be from less fashionable areas. Bringing years of viticulture and winemaking expertise, each plot is managed and vinified by his team with wines aimed at showcasing their terroirs. Our own label Bordeaux is made exclusively for us by Francois and his team.
